When I was in school, some may have considered me "the class clown". At times it felt like I personified “negative disruption”. But now that I’m all grown up, I think I’ve figured out ways to channel my “disruptive” tendencies into what I call being "positively disruptive” (btw, I’m still the “class clown” - just for my family).

 Socks. We all buy them. We all wear them. And lucky for us, most are stretchy enough to fit just about any size foot. But, let's get to the point, you don't care about buying socks. 

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many senior living companies for the past 20 years. I’ve seen many thrive with cultures that retain great people and put technology to work in ways that lead to even greater success. I’ve also seen the opposite. I’ve seen technology be made the “scapegoat” for mismanaged and dysfunctional organizations that struggle to “solve” their problems with technology only to end up frustrated that it wasn’t the magic solution they’d hoped for.
